Fist off, I was wondering if anyone had replaced there Swing-Arm Pivot Bearings and all that stuff and if so how hard was it to do? And what size tires and rims is the best with stock gearing(sprockets)? Stock size?

well on the swing arm about being handy I have repair manual and can read and comprehend...LOL...pretty handy with tools just don't want to get in the middle and figure out that everyone has the shop do it...on the tire size I run woods, trails, mud, and would like to purchase a set of rears with rims that will work well with stock gearing and work also with 13/38 gearing. Thanks

Its pretty easy to knock the pivot bearings out. You take them out and put new ones in the same way you change carrier bearings. I'd suggest 20'' tires for trail riding

dude, mine were in so tight. well they were rusted. but even after we got them out at the shop and cleaned it all up inside we still had to press the new ones in.

Which bearings Moose or Pivot works

If you where asking which bearings to use on the swinger, I am going to use the Moose for the fact that I was looking thru Dennis Kirk Mag and the moose kit was complete with shims and the whole nine yards and the pivot works didnt have shims and every replacement piece. For my carrier I went with P.W. and am a lil scared of the Moose b/c I have never used any Moose product had a buddy use Moose bearings on Big Polaris and they went to sh*t fast but he was swimmng in lakes and sh*t so who knows but I am giving them a try
