transmission ?

i recently put my block off kit and replaced the side case gasket. i drained the tranny and filled it back up. i rode it once and it was low on fluid. i check for leaks and couldn't find any and topped it off and rode it again and its low again. is this normal?

no, not normal at all... and how low is low.... and are you checking the level after about a half hour after your ride?

ill ride for 20 mins and about 20 mins after i don't see fluid in the window

hmmmm... ya.. that does seem low.... tell ya what... instead of riding... have the bike sit and idle for ten minutes or so.. then look all around for leaks. put some carboard or newspaper under the motor so you can determine a general area where the leak is.

i let it idle for about 10-15 mins and nothing leaked out. i topped it off and im gunna run it later on. so i hope this solves eveything but what else could it be? and the shocks are onI:I

when u said you can't see it in the window it could be that its full and the level is past the window so it looks like its empty

either that or your crank seals are leaking and its burning it off! do you have any unusual smoke or smell? does the bike seem like its lost any power when you get on the throttle?

there was no noticable power loss, and there was the normal smoke. after riding it today it seemed fine. ill check the level again tomorrow.
