Im trying to get out the tranmisson gears that go out to the sprocket, and i was trying to get it through the bearing and it got stuck, any idea on how i can get it out, i got it like halfway out, and now it wont budge. How do you guys get them out? I got the one nearest the crankshaft out with ease, this one is being stubborn. Thanks guys!

You talking the output (sprocket) shaft?

If it's stuck, spray the shaft where it goes through the brg with PB Blaster (or such product) let sit. Then tap it back where it goes using a rubber mallet, brass hammer, dead blow, or at least use a block of wood. WHEN you get it back in place "feel" the shaft for any burrs. Large burrs could be removed with fine smooth file. Rust, etc should be removed with fine emery or crocus cloth, NOT rough azz sand paper. That shaft should have slid right out of that brg.

Notice I said tap, NOT wail on it with BMFH
