Tranny ?

Does anybody have pics or can explain how to install the transmission, shifting cam and shifting forks. I just recently had the case split to clean it and put in new piston and when we put it together it only had 1st thru 5th and the tranny is stock and i thought that all blasters had a 6th gear but i could be wrong.

yes blaster have a 6th gear. who put it back together?

So did you guys check to see if all the tranny gears moved freely around the shaft and side to side? b/c It sounds too me like your 5th and 6th gear may have welded/binded itself together.

k i'll have to split the case again and see if it is if it isnt binded/welded is there anything else that might be the problem

I am getting around to putting up pics. Alot of parts in there, a detailed manual is probably better than any pics I can chuck up. I'm waiting on a bottom end, when it arrives I will start the pic gig. It will be a couple weeks.
