Just got my TORS Block-Off Kit in the mail along with my #340 jet....For some reason, they gave me two #340 jets.. Here is a picture of what I got.....

very cool bro , I did the motion pro twist throttle kit , and bought the idle screw kit seperate . when you go to install it , use 2 small zipties to compress the throttle spring so you aren't fighting it while installing the slide , makes it alot easier , just don't cut the spring when you cut the zipties off!!!!

Set up pretty straight forward, Just make sure you file enough off the hole. I ordered a vitos kit and got a motion pro kit... 8-|

I had to custom fit it. You'd waste your money since its so easy. Just use Cutting lube when you tap it.
Yea just take your time and be careful drilling and tapping it and you should be fine doing it yourself. I wouldn't mind getting the kit but I'd rather put the money toward a new carb, plus I haven't had any trouble with the stock idle screw not working. The kit definitely cleans up the looks of it and makes it easier to adjust though.
