TORS is loose

The tors on my new 94 blaster is loose and moving around. How do I fix this?

you mean the box at the top of the carb? is the part that screws to the top of the carb tight?

Yes the tors is on top of the carb and its loose. It moves around. How do I tighten it?

there's a large knurled nut that tightens to the top of the carb

well, from what the CLYMER manual says there is a nut that is in there, dis assemble it and get that nut, tighten it up, and ur all set

yah, theres the cap, then theres a nut that sits ontop of the cap that holds the housing there it looks like

Certainly possible. That cap has a gasket that needs to seal.

Can I get to the nut with the carb and tors on the bike or do I need to remove it all to tighten the tors up?
