Connect the two wires under the hood together. How you do it is up to you. Simplest? Cut the stupid connector off, strip the wires, twist them together, crimp with a solderless connector or wirenut, tape.

The two wires that used to run up to the throttle, but now (hopefully) are just a connector and two wires running to the wiring harness. Once those are connected together it should run fine. (Sorry, no chat available.)
