tors eliminator kit

i have installed a vito's tors kit, and yes, you have to file the port flat where the idle adjustment screw goes, then drill and tap it with the provided bit and tap, and make sure you clean ALL the filings out, completely, i stuffed a rag into the carb to keep them from going everywhere, then spayed the hell out of it with carb cleaner, the carb must be off the bike to do this
but,the vito's gives you an idle screw and nut, which came loose and fell out during the first ride, i went to the dealership and they sold me a thumb screw and a spring to hold tension on it, instead of the nut, this worked great,
so now for my sons build, i bought the "motion pro" tors kit, (ebay), which doesnt come with an idle screw, i'm gonna go back the the dealer and get another thumb style, way easier to adjust, no tools needed

X2^^^^

Tighten those bitches down real good!!! Mine came out right away too, i lost both screws they send in the Vitos kit, and had to go get another one from the local race shop ($2/ea.) but they lock down better then the Vitos ones did....

Here's the original, step-by-step how-to to do this kit for a Blaster, explained with pics. This should explain all you need to know. There is a little orange cap that comes in most kits and fits over the oil injector nipple on the carb. Its not shown in the pics, but its there. Easy to do. Press it on and you're done.
