if you run a honda rearend/carrier sprocket hub assembly yo u can use honda sprockets and they go down to 33rears this is by no means cheap however ...15/33 gearing with 20 inch tires will allow you to hit well over a true registered 80 mph but youd need a very strong 50+ hp blaster engine to pull it down the track effectively .

I priced it out without the machine work and its around 200 bucks for the hub, sprocket, and mounting hardware. Im going to get the 35 and 34 eventually but im only running 18's. I think 33 is pushing it. Ill prolly stay with the 35

why not get just get a 15 front and leave the rear be .. one up front equals 3 in the rear ,you probably wont have enough torque ot pull that gearing and still have strong lowend punch and response

what did tHAT TO UR BOTTOM END.. THE BALANCE SHAFT...when i bought all the seals and bearings i figured it would come with every bearing but it didnt all i got was the crank bearingstheres 2 more bearings that are in the motor that i have to replace...

it threw a hole in my cases, and i beleive it was the cause of my piston shattering

deffintately replace those counterbalance bearings, your rebuild wont last an hour

on countershaft issues, the rivited gear that drives the countershaft..they suck, the rivets work loose. they dont really come apart but they wobble all over which is pretty hard on the bearing. something to check if you have it apart

Ok new idea... A lt250 swingarm bolts ontoa blaster and is +2 and aluminum. Ill get the swinger, carrior, axle, sprocket w/ hub, rotor and wheel hubs for the same price and just a hub that accomodates honda sprockets. Many more +'s going this route in my eyes.... What do you think PHRAGLE????
