hi i bought a mint condition 06 blaster stock with toomey the seller had ridden it in the dunes only a few times. im wondering if it will be legal to ride it at Oregon dunes or Moses lake dunes i havent yet read the moses rules yet. i was at rock candy and theres a sign that says must be under 125db,anyone already know what db a toomey kit gives you?

might have to go on their website to look and see. i know on the F7 website they state that its legal for noise restricted areas. so i would think they might have details on whether or not it meets those standards.
i think it is a 93db limit on the oregon coast and most banshee's w/toomeys dont pass but are rarely tested. you usualy have to really pi$$ them iff to get tested.
120 dB or whatever you say is VERY loud..

the Decibel scale is not linear, its whats called logarithmic, or its a curve..
Every three decibels you go up in sound level, your sound wave energy doubles..
so going up by 3 decibels is twice as loud
