Just bought my 10 year old a 96 Blaster 200. Very unmolested bike with original plastics still shining and original seat in perfect condition.

Question: I bought him a full Toomey B1 exhaust lastnight on Ebay. What jet kit and airbox/filter setup should I go with?

I live in San Angelo Texas. (800ft) above sea level.

if it is a new toomey it should come with a 310 jet. I ran a 330 on my toomey and it ran great but i'm in florida. i also ran no airbox lid with a foam filter uni makes some really nice filters. he is gonna love that toomey it is an awesome upgrade for the blasty. best sounding pipe i have heard.

Like Scot said, the Toomey kit comes with a 310 and instructions on how to vent the lid, or you could just leave the lid off. There is also a needle mod in the instructions. You might need a bigger jet than that but you will have to decide after testing.

I have the toomey pipe kit with airbox vents and uni filter. The 310 main that came with it works perfect for me, but it might not for others.

thanks for completing my info royalt. my toomey came on my blasty so i didn't have any instuctions. but i am pretty sure my needle was on the middle clip

I may still have my little instruction paper somewhere... I have no clue where though. If it is reallllyyyy needed I could go dig around the garage and basement and scan it.
