to rejet or not to rejet?

do i absolutely have to rejet when i get my fmf fatty in a few days, what if i just mix the gas a little richer?

too big of jets if I'm correct because i have a bigger carb.i heard with the bigger carb jetting isn't necessary.but i guess i will.and i know how to jet ive jetted a 400ex and a 250ex so im good with that i just need to know what jets.blaster freek told me to start with a 155 main.
