To everybody in PA help

yes it comes out the top, after you compress the spring with your fingers, turn it upside down and the retainer will fall out, look at how it is now before doing that so you can replace it, take the slide to your "clean" work area, get a small phillips screwdriver and take the 2 little screws out down inside the slide, then the needle will come out, let us know what groove it's on, and we'll go from there
if i'm not mistaken toomey calls for a 330 main, stock pilot, needle on 3rd or 4th groove down, and airscrew at 3/4 turns out

ok i put it on the 4th notch it still smokes alot im not losing any trans oil main jet is 300 and when i put it in first i go like 15 ft the bogs down and shuts off btw it idles fine now

you,ve gotta be having a tors or parking brake problem, and i still feel that 300 is too lean, but that wouldnt be shutting it down

That's the only thing left.

So- Tors removed solved the bogging problem, but ya still have an issue with starting when warm. I'm stumpped. I'd do a compression check and airleak test. If that is all good I'd have to say electrical, coil, stator, cdi in that order. Someone can step in if they have a better idea.-Bob
