Especially flat track 90 mods a while back you had to be 16 to race anything over a 90 at edt nationals I'm pretty sure.

i dont consider that to be a flat track bike because its not been lowerd and other than the motor it looks bacicly stock but 600 isint that bad for it though if it runs good and not a pos
