Tire quesion

Ok this may be stupid but i just can not give myself a right answer. Can a 19x6x10 tire fit on a rim that a 21x7x10 tire was on. Everything is the same except for the width. Thanks alot Kinda feel dumb askin

i believe so right? just the sidewalls may be swelled a lil more than the 7" tire??

it will be hard to get the side wall to pop... you may need to take the vavle out and use no tip on the air hose.. .and if that doesn't work you may need some lighter fluid inside the tire and a match..
