A few ways to remove.

Pound it out. pb blaster, might help also.

Many autshops carry or have a tool have is like a fork, it goes in and you tap it in and it pops out the tie rod end.

the only way i can get mine out is to beat the s?!*? out of it and synce its bent you could heat it and to remove it you should just be able to twist it out

i always...... apply upwards pressure, away from the spindle, by either setting it with all that side weight on it, jack it up on the threaded end sticking out, or prying up on it with a big bar,
then whack the side of the spindle right where the taper goes in with a small engineers hammer
(2lb. sledge ?)
the theory is to whack it just hard enuf to very slightly change the shape of it, allowing the taper to pop out
