thinner head gasket for 240? for higher compression

so im looking for a thinner head gasket for my 240 kit for more compression to go along with an adjustable timing plate on floteks recomendation but now i cant find the gasket? also what would +8deg timing advance, and high compression head gasket coupled with 108 or 110 octane do for the quad besides added bottom end?

imo, +8 is too much. try +4, thats what I run

i think you would be better off sending your head out to get it milled down. if you want to bump it alot i think vitos makes a head with a removable dome set up to run race gas.

i actually talked to flotek already about getting the head milled and he recomended this instead for what im doing with it. the main reason being i dont want to run race gas all the time. also i didnt see the high compression head gaskets for 240 kits at vito's only the ones for std cyls
