There is always a problem!

im putting a new motor on my blaster and i CANT GET THE BACK BOLT OUT! ive tried and tried. even with an impact wrench. any help? after i do this i can put my other motor on and be riding by this afternoon!

pb blaster. also try turning up the air pressure to impact gun. if all else fails take a torch to to it.

I suspect you are talking about the swingarm bolt??Use a drift punch and make sure you hit the center of the bolt and hit it till it comes out.Also try bouncing the back end of the quad a bit to try and release any hard spots.

I always put a crate under the frame and hang the swinger over put a jack under that and jack up the swinger just past when the jack contacts the swingarm that then do as dually said- center punch and hammer.

i've seen air hammer's persuade swinger bolts before, be careful though

Got it last weekend i had to put my foot on the ratchety and hold a wrench on the other side and it was hell to get out. it was worth it cuz ive been riding sice sunday! thanks for the help guys!

if you have been riding since sunday then thats alot of riding. just kidding. but i had to pull my motor last weekend. took 10 minutes to get out and like 10 to put it back in
