the part of the frame that holds front plastics

My frame is missing a piece in the front its a bar with holes on either side to hold the front plastics in place. Its a piece thats welded to the frame. If anyone has a picture of the bar or knows were I can buy one, if you could let me know that would be great.

If its the welded one I can make pics? but I am sure you can look on the other side just Fabb one up... unless you got a old frame to cut it off from... or cut them both off make two new ones..

the other bracket is welded to the frame..

Is there anyway someone could take a up close pic of the bracket that is welded? I need a picture to take to a machine shop so they can fab one.
