Taking Paint off Plastic

Is there any way to get paint off the plastic if somebody has tried panting it a different color?

paint thinner, brake fluid, etc... be careful with it though.

Is paint thinner easier than sanding?

sanding would scratch it

im doin mine now and i just used aircraft paint striper but i got the kind not sold to public and it pulled it right off without messin up the plastic
