Taking apart banshee shocks

=))Hey guys I know this has probably already been talked about/asked but is there any way to remove the springs for stock banshee shocks? I need to powdercoat them. And I am going to do it myself just cuz I can. Any help would be great.I:I

do your axles and hubs in the back that would look sick..

Oh I plan on powdering every part of my quad that is metal and that can fit in my oven.

Anybody know about the shocks??

now how do you take apart the banshee shocks? i need them down to the springs.

have you tried take the big nut at the bottom of the shock off?

No i have not tried anything yet. See Iam lazy so I ask people if you can do it first then I go figgure it out.

Spring compressor to compress the spring tension then remove the retainer from the shaft end. Then release the tension off the compressor.

um ok...I think ill take them to a shop. Only cuz iam tight with them and they will do it for free. thanks tim
