Look at the way the rear shock is mounted, and how they changed the front shock mounts. I may have to go look at this one..lol

i think someone has raced it with as much trouble tht has been done to it i think i spy a tether killswitch and it is quite wide so maybe some one raced it the front tires are some sort of mx kind????? not saying tht he did but someone MIGHT have

That's looks to be an iffy deal there. Get him down a little and the motor may be worth it. That home fab job would have to checked out real good in person. It may end up being good workmanship that performs well?

I looks like a P.O. improved the quad and then someone ended up with it that destroyed it. It's not likely that the person who went to the effort of doing the work and abandoning the components. It would be interesting (though, probably impossible) to know it's history. I do see it with Blasters, more than any other model, that the owner knows nothing about what he's got. I saw a "98" today with red frame, white plastic, red graphics, headlight in the hood, key in the fender and full hydro's Yamaha Blaster 250cc .

BTW, scotj77, your quad looks awesome. It's the little details like red headlight housing, red "Yamaha" & ring on the side cover and gas cap that sets it off.
