i just got new rear tires that are 18x10x8. my original rear tire size was 21x10x8. do you guys think that big of change in tire size will make it to where the height of the swingarm is close to hitting the ground. because with the 21x10x8, its a good 5-6 inches from hitting. if it is close to hitting couldnt i just adjust something to make it to where it isnt close to hitting?

with that small of tires it'll be closer to the ground by about an inch and a half. whether or not that's too low will depend on the riding you do

i have 18's and i like em only time u can tell a difference is in ruts. i dont really see why people hate on the 18's 20's dont have much more clearance and you will probably get hung up in the same rut with 20's

y did you get 18s anyway
im only 15 so getting money is sort of hard. but the 18's i went with wore the cheapest and were what i was looking for. but when i have a job, a REAL JOB, ill be able to buy the bigger stuff

I think 18's are the best looking tire out there. I dont ride ruts, I haul ass. I want the center of gravity as low as possible and a stable foundation. When you air down to 3 lbs they roll under when cornering and feel great. And I also think if you hang up in the ruts on 18's you would hang up on 20's.
