Swing Arm Problems

I just bought an 06 blaster special edition a couple of weeks ago and it runs great except for this terrible squeak. I have narrowed it down to my swing arm pivot. Is there anything I should know before ripping it apart to either replace or grease up the bearing? Like any hints or tips? Thanks

TIP: When removing the pivot bolt put a jack under the arm to relieve the tension and help with lining it back up-use a rubber mallet to gently tap out the bolt. Lube that sucker up good before re-install!
