Im doing up a old blaster.... the swing arm needle brearings are dead and need replacing so i was thinking of removing them and installing sealed set of bearings is this possible?

Why is there needle bearings in there?
would sealed bearings need to be placed all the way through or just at either end?

Hope this makes sense....:">

Doh my explaination was poor....... i know the seals come with the kit but i was going to remove all the old bearings and not replace them with not (yamaha bearings as they are to expensive when you price up the kit with seals) but put plain bearings in the arm instead (like skateboard bearings) I cant see a reason why not to do this as it works out really cheap

I suppose my main question was would it work and take the load?
