Sweet victory!!!

She's running like a champ!!! New plug, cleaned carb, took out the stripped screw and did new threads in the brass part. She just needed a little love and attention. Now I can concentrate on some mods. I:I

sr5, The problem with the brass piece and the screw both was that it wouldn't thread. It was open WAY too far. Messed up how 1/4 inch adjustment on one screw can mess up the entire health of an engine. lol It was nice to finally kick my bike over on my own and smoke my buddy's Polaris that pulled me around to get running earlier. I:I

cool I'm glad you got her goingI:I

it also feels good to know I was dead nuts correct on the problem, I've been kinda frustrated around here trying to help others out, but I guess me being a noobe here, my advice means little....maybe in time:)

Have some rep sr5. I'm a noob too but still look for threads I might know about and be able to help with. You never know when you might com across someone's problem you just got done fixing on your own bike.

Or come across a problem that is realevent to all engines in general...I've been working on bikes forever, only just recently made the mistake of getting a snotty blaster.
