Lets see, I am planning to mod out my blaster pretty good here soon...heres what I am plaining on doings: Agressive trail Port on 240 head, +3 Stroker,Advance timing 4*,Shift Star mod,35mm carb,Vitos fat bastard exhaust, CFM air box, and a few other small things. I have been told that this will put me up around 35-40hp almost double of the stock blasty!

thats pretty sweet. i know the Fat Bastard and the Toomey and the Fmf are all real popular pipes but ive heard Lrd and Shearer have nice ones as well. know Shearer makes systems for Banshees. and i guess i need to take mine and have it tested to see what im pushing now so i have an idea whats been done to the quad. just for the record after a rebuild with a 240 kit and port and polish and the whole 9 yards what kind of life expectancy can you expect out of the new motor?
