im very tired and lazy, but i want to order a new chain/sprokets etc.

if i go with 14/40 gearing, how big of a chain do i get and whats a good brand to get for all this?

sorry for the laziness i searched and theres almost TOO much info on it lol

A stock chain would work for 14/40. I just bought whatever sprocket I found on ebay for the cheapest I could find. As far as a chain, get an o ring chain. From what I understand an o ring chain doesn't stretch as fast as a non o ring chain.

well the chain i currently have, stock gearing, and i can take the chain off by hand lol. and im pretty sure its as tight as it can be, so i figured while im changing the gearing i might as well do the chain too

just found stuff on ebay,
going with renthal 14t front, 40t rear, o-ring chain
