saw this thread on exriders and thought DAMN this guy is trying to get some serious traction...i dont see how i can slide at all on the ice.....thats like ice picks in your tires

I have seen guys do that, and it might be ok on the tight rivers but with the centrifugal weight while going fast, it gets the tire wipping and it wobbles bad. Looks mean though, like right out of Off Road Fury.

alot of guys do that for ice drags.. only problem is they start to rip the tires from folding over, unless your running alot of them, there not all that great.. seen a few guys on 450s just spin down the river running them.
kold kutters get the job done for ice.
