I've never seen a flywheel stuck like this. Of course, the threads are stripped for the factory puller. I drilled and tapped some holes in the flywheel and used a gear puller, these stripped out. I drilled and tapped some more holes, these stripped out as well. I've applied some MAJOR pressure to this thing and it won't budge. And of course I've tapped, pecked, pried, and just plain out beat the heck out of this thing, it is stuck.

ANY IDEAS??

Thanks. I'll try that next time!

I ended up drilling and tapping 3/8 in holes and had to use hardened bolts. (Normal bolts would not hold. They kept stripping.) I put a gear puller on these 2 hardened bolts and put the impact to it. It finally popped off like a shotgun! Guess I'll use some anti-seize next time..
