Could you use 2 spacers from a 3mm stroker crank kit to use a 4mm stroker, with no head mods?

you could but your compression will likely be too low and final squish clearance will be way off keep in mind cometic will make you a copper base gasket any thickness yo u want for 22$
generaly* for a base stroker gasket figure half the extra stroke plus the addition of a thin standard base gasket youd typicaly use ...in other words somewhere around .095 thick would be close and coat it on both sides(this will add about .005 more) lay it down on clean burr free cases and slap jug down

I have a machined head, so that would make up for the compression slightly correct, and also going from a 3mm to a 4mm with a portde head, would that throw anythign off?

I already have a ported jug that was set up for a 3mm, but if i got to a 4mm with that same ported jug, is it going to throw any alignment off?

I have a ported cylinder that was set up for a 3mm stroker, but i also have a 4mm bottom end that I want to put the ported head on, will that throw any aligments off?

Your port floors will be .5mm higher than the top of your piston at BDC. Your durations will also be off a little, this should all be corrected for optimal performance....But, you could get away with it. It would be closer than running a 4mm crank with stock porting, which a lot of people do.

I dont want to change it yet, becasue I am gettin a 240 kit in part of a deal that I am going to get ported with the 4mm crank, so I want to use the stock cylinder with the port and polish for now, until i get more money to get a triple port and intake thing. So in the mean time I am going to take the 4mm with my stock cylinder that is ported and run that, untill i get my 240 port job done.
