ok, so i have a 3mm stroker crank. do i need to do anything eles to the bike when i put this in? such as jetting or anything like that?B-)

you'll definitely have to rejet, you will be taking in more volume of mixed/air fuel...

what do you think i should go up to? i have the stock 230 in it but i also have a 240?? try the 240?

ohhh..and when i get the sticker out from it...should i put it on the headlight or on the air box for more power?

yeah, friday..and yes there is a very noticable difference! throttle response is awesome compaired to stock !!! easy to do also! i would recommend it for every one! i think i might get a 240 kit now and see what that does!

cool... whats it like on top end? what part of rpm range is it most noticeable?
and what size jet did you end up using?

sweet, glad to know it worked out for ya, what all did it require to be done?, i imagine, remove cylinder, drain oil, remove flywheel and split case or was there more than that?

yes just take it apart to split the cases, not as hard has it sounds and looks!! (my old man did most the work, i just watched and drank:-D) and i havent really rode it much yet cause iv got to fix my brakes, and i didnt put new seals in cause i thought i had some and all i had where bearings , so i think my seals may be leaking, so im gonna order seals soon, but i noticed the bottom end improvment the most so far!

yeah, it just sucks cause we gotta take it all back apart to change the seals, i got in a hurry instead of just waiting and ordering them! so if you do it, just order everything before you start!! and i would just get bearings and all the seals to be safe, even if you dont use them, you may need them later!

i put in a 280 jet, i thought it would be a little big at first but it seems to be fine right now, but the weathers been changing alot so i may have to change it too!

just wanted to say that if you get the ports matched up and the durations changed you will have at least another 5hp coming from the stroker alone I:I
