stiff clutch?

what makes a clutch really hard to pull? i recently rebuilt another blaster and while breaking it in i noticed the clutch is really hard to pull... the cable is good, the lever is good, what makes it do this? and from what i can remember before the rebuild it wasnt like this, but its been like 6 months and it wasnt my bike then so i could be wrong...??

did you line up the dots on the pressure and clutch boss?

i didnt have any of the clutch apart, didnt even unhook the cable.. does aftermarket springs make it harder to pull?

Yes stiffer springs will make it harder to pull.
