steering stem parts.

does anybody know a website that sells the parts to build your own stem? ive been searching and cant find nada. all i want is the part that the anti vibe clamp will bolt to, its tapered on the inside to fit the rubber bushing of the clamp. i can prolly get a machine shop to do that but i figure it will be easier if i can just buy it somewhere. so if you know of a website that has it send me a link please.

what i need is the metal piece that the rubber bushings go in. its shaped like the rubber bushings on the clamp inside those little tubes. i wanna build my own stem and if i can buy those 2 pieces

On my 250r stem, I got the risers and rubber bussings from cycle slavage, and just used chamfered tubing welded on, worked great.
