Steering stabilizer recommendations?

Looking to pick up a new steering stabilizer within the next few days online. How important is it to have a rebuildable unit vs a non-rebuildable, do they wear out quickly?

What companies do you guys recommend? I am currently looking at these two.

Awk would be the best at this.

I have a moose racing one- haven't installed it yet, so relly i'm no help. Byut haveing a rebuildable one IMO is much better otherwise your tossing it out when it breaks

Always go with rebuildable. Yeah it may be a few more dollars up front, but its cheaper in the long run.

not familiar with the pro-elite, although alba has been making great yamaha products for years
i'd say thats a good stabilizer as well

The reason I ask is because I read some people are having slippage problems with the clamps, have you had any such problems?

only problem i've had with my streamline is i need another one for my black blaster !!!!!

I:I Thanks, could you by chance take pictures of where/how it is installed? I read the instructions that come with them are extremely poor.
