If the pipe is leaking it could make a lot of difference, as the expelled fuel/air charge that exits the exhaust port will not be rammed back into the cylinder.
Result a lean mix, and that could be your problem.

Fix that leak before you start it again, as said before it will cause a lean mixture.
i got a new stator and it adjustable and my dad dont know how to line it up to set the timing? how do you know what to line it up with? my dad tested it and it reads a little higher then the old one. i fear this isnt going to fix my problem D:
dont have one... :O its not the jetting,its not the reeds,its not the stator,piston looks good. all the gas isnt being burnt...my dad thinks the coil is bad. the bracket thing where it mounts is cracked,could that have something to do with it?
i have my reeds leaking out of the manifold what can i do to fix that or do i have to bye a new one iam new at this page so please help me have to blaster and 125 cr
my yamaha blaster is bogging out bad i made my own leak down tester works great and found a leak in manifold will that make it bogging out..
create your own thread it will get more attention
you need to seal it with some rtv if you can...torque to 5.8 ft no more it will warp it
