Starting and running issue

Alright first off I'm brand new here and have very little quad experience, that being said here's my issue.

I have a 2000 Blaster and it was starting and running great on first kick then it wouldn't start after a few hours of play and when I do manage to start it it dies in within 10 seconds even when revving. I changed the oil, cleaned the carb, and still it takes starting fluid to get it to start after a few kicks. I'm in the middle of cleaning the air filter which I'll probably replace since part of the top layer of foam is partially warn off. But what does this sound like and what should I do to take care of this?

first off, if you gotta use starting fluid, maybe youre having fuel issues. check flo from the tank to make sure the screens arent plugged. or the vent on top of the tank in the cap could have the ball stuck....just some ideas...

Dont start that quad without performing a leakdown test. You might have an airleak and can blow your top end. is your tors still hooked up? Need to change your plug?

It turned out to be the fuel flow, took care of it and it's flowing great now. Just waiting for my new air filter, thanks for those videos.
