ok so i got my bearing carrier off today and wanted to paint it and my sproket and some other things but i want something that doesnt flake something good. any ideas

Powdercoat would be the best, but spray paint is much cheaper. The key to getting the paint to hold good is prepping the surface before you paint.
I painted the same things last week... jus make sure everything is cleaned off properly b4 u paint... I jus went 2 a local home depot and bought da most expensive spray paint I could find... the hard part is getting the paint 2 stick properly but what I did was sprayed on 1 coat the 10mins sprayed another.. came out pretty good
