How about I the flywheel wasn't torqued properly ..... cause the kid has fuel, compression, air no air leaks . I think it's cause the flywheel
Wasn't tight ,what do you think
The key is there I took a look at it tonight. I was able to hold the flywheel with hand and turn the nut off.edit
Wudruff key Is ok but the spark was jumping all over the wire.
Timing wouldn't be off then, I'm still kind of confused so it has spark? Is it a nice healthy spark? Did you try a new plug? How's the coil? Is the flywheel clean from dirt?
if you run the bike in the dark i bet you can see spark jumping off the wire it sounds like the insulator has broke down and is grounding out where ever it can change it and it should run right again you could try and wrap the wire with electrical tape to see if it helps or heat shrink but changing it is the route to go
I do recall him telling me that the insulator boot wasn't rite on his bike......i wouldn't say that the spark was strong it could of been a lot stronger imma try what everyone has suggested I'll let you guys know thanks alot everyone
