thats what it seems like but i put my timig back to stock and it runs a lot smoother then i put in a bigger main
i got the idea of what color to look for but since my plug is practically still white after a WOT in all gears, does it mean im supposed to go lower on my main? bc i ran 160/45 middle C, and 150/40 3rd C, and i think it ran good but better at 160 set up. both set ups seem about the same.
thats weird. when i ran the 160/45 middle C it was bogging out in 1/4 and 1/2. then i lowered the needle (3rd c) it was fine. i guess i'll lower the needle all the way down to lean it out more. the biggest main i have is the 160
so WOT chop is for the main. got it. so im plug chopping the wrong way.the bogging out at 1/2 and down would mean my pilot is too fat then right?
(plz excuse if im jacking the thread this IS related to plug chopping and coloring)
here is a old plug of mine it ran very well tad on the rich side but i liked it like that wasnt realy any sort of bog or anytthing but i dont see whats wrong with runing a little bit rich on a trail bike as long as its not boging or anything like that remeber your mototr will last longer a little bit on the rich side but heres the picture
