spark plug bogging

ok so i went riding today rann great all day thank god got to my street and here cam that bog again.changed the plug let it cool for 2 hrs and it runs good again.the plug has a black ring with the center electrode white if this helps

na i was on the pipe then i let of to shift down and bluhhhhhhhhhh,note it ran great for 4 hrs.i live this bike snd i literally have blood in it.i dont want to mess it up id rather rebuild 30 top ends than mess with more freakin jetting

Well they say you are running to hot or lean.

Yes it could be that you are running to low of octane. You should always run premium in it bro. try that out and let us know.
