I told everybody I thought I blew my motor on 2002 blaster. After pulling down and finding only one problem which I haven't figured out, I put motor back together, re-checked compression with new tester (142psi), then I had weak spark. Pulled rotor assembly off today and found broken keyway. Replaced but don't think assembly is tight enough. Is there a trick to holding rotor while I tighten nut. Now I have Vitos .040 kit that I can use later.

Before I took the rotor off the nut had backed off a little & I guess with the extra play it just broke the keyway. So after I run it up a little I should use an impact wrench.
I think I will use locktite. The idea of putting in gear & hitting with impact sounds a little rough on the crancase & engine components!
get a motion pro clutch/flywheel holding tool and a torque wrench and tighten it to 54ft/lb. If you use a impact your gonna end up snapping another woodruff key.
