something in expansion chamber???

took my stock pipe off to put a new crush washer in, and noticed something pretty big sounding, clunking around inside the header pipe - expansion chamber, try'd shakin it, fishing it out with a peice of wire??? no good, it seems too big to come out, is there some kinda cone or baffle in there that coulda come loose, i cased hard on a big double about a month ago, and soon after that i started to get some boggin problems at different times, mostly mid throttle, checked and cleaned my carb, and jettin a bunch of times???
could this thing be clogging the exhuast at certain times or rpm's ???
anyone have this happen before????

there is a couple people on here that has had something come loose in that pipe before.so someone will be able to answer this

ya yamaha was very cheap when it came for bang for the buck the hole header pipe is like 1 big glass pack and there is a reducer in the epansion chamber but it open right at the epansion chamber and u will c like this big wall cut that all out and u c wat elae to do to it also then wweld it all up and do the same to the can and you will feel a really big difference

heres a thread of a guy cutting his open because he had the same problem and he wanted to get to the bottom of it. ended up being a baffel part inside the pipe that came off. just get an aftermarket pipe, stock blows.

yeah my stock pipe was the same way i thought one of my kids dropped a hotwheels in it or something when it was apart
