Hey all,
First time poster.
I noticed on my kids Blaster that something has come loose in the expansion chamber. Is there some sore of baffle in there? I can hear something clanking around in there.
Will it hurt to run it like it is?
It is all stock exhaust.

Thanks!!!!!

It will be fine until it breaks loose and then it will block the flow of the exhaust. THen you will notice it bogging. Easiest fix is to cut it open get it out and weld it back together.

I have a stock exhaust if you don't want to cut it. You pay shipping and it's yours.

Sent you a PM.

hello- new to the forum. my son just got a 2000 Blaster and have the same problem. I've removed the exhaust from the quad. Is there any way to remove the loose piece from the chamber with a snake tool (anything rather than cutting and welding)? Much appreciate the help.

pm 2kwick4muharemovic he has a stock pipe he will sell

i had this problem and the only downside to it is when it bogs on a hill or when you really need power, could end up bad, i'd just watch ebay for a cheap dg or fmf headpipe if ya wanna go the cheap route, or get ya a whole new/used setup, you wont be sorry
