because the vitos has plastic stuffer blocks and ive heard some bad things about them exploding.

I have only ever heard one case of them exploding.I blame that on user error not the bike idling for 10 minutes. I have been running a few +3 for years with no problems what so ever.

should always let it wwarm up anyway. not letting it warm up is a good wy to seize your motor.

just saying that they should always be allowed to warm up before romping on them. not doing so results in piston seizing.
