So what's the rest of it, a YZ250 reed cage and manifold? Did you have to add aluminum to the outside of the casting to get the boyesen's that large? I would think so... the most I've ever felt comfortable taking them out was about half that wide LOL.
I also see you took down the transfer divider, want to trade bottom end for top end much?
It also doesn't LOOK like the port timing is all that aggressive either. My thoughts are you went wild on the modifications but the timing and area is relatively conservative.

he shouldnt polish the intake because fuel can bead up on the walls usually sandblasting is a good finish, the exhaust should be polished because it prevents carbon buildup

I would polish the sides because the reed tips are facing down. But that is some riskey sh*t doing the job like that......I shure would like to meet the people who did it wow it's actually pretty interesting if you thiink about it.
