sms aluminum airbox

idk if thats good or bad but the box itself would probably be made for the blaster but the boot was from the 250r because the guy i bought it off of was running a 35mm and this fits mine perfectly

If it fits on your blaster I'd keep it... The tube on the air box looks huge, what's the ID and OD of it???? and whats the measurements of the air filter??? it must be huge to....

A 250R airbox will fit on a blaster, so it may be one.....

i'd trade to kgibson, his purpose, and yours would be better suited with the trade,
IMO, the cfm, if it includes the water deflector top piece, is better suited for on the trails and in muddy/wet conditions, the top piece aids in directing water and mud off to the sides of the filter, but doesnt effect airflow at all,
as for gibby, he prolly wants the added openness and larger tube for his track only riding and heavily modded blaster, but doesn't care about the wide open top ?????

all just my opinion of course, i'd do the trade

pic of my cfm with the deflector installed, to help deflect water and mud, this pic was to show the tab cutting needed for the 450r shock, but you can see the "lid" on the box

Awk is correct...always looking for alittle extra. The 250r tube with the huge size works as good as a pod. But the key is in way the tube funnels down. Also the sms has a more direct path with out the cfm 45's. Most will notice nothing when they put it on but I will...just alittle more always helps :}
