smooth bore/taper carbs

well my dad used 2 race snowmobiles and he has a bunch of carbs that have the tapered end in th inside 1 set goes 2 a 40 to a 32 mil do uget what im sayn in inside of the carb 2 reed boot is what is bored wll what i was gona do is take my mkuni d slide 32 mill carb and taper bore it to a 34 i will show resaulst if i get around

nice, please post. i have a taper bored 28mm mikuni that is like 29 or 29.5mm now and it was a little trick to sell the work. also let us know if it make a noticeable difference in power.

i know a lot of people have this done to yfz carbs with good results...let us know how it works
