have any of you people been to SML? its in soutern VA right by roanoke.


its so much fun here. today i caught a monster catfish with bacon, wen't cliff diving/jumping (a good 30 ft up), jet skiing and now were all up in a state park cabin having a grand time just talking.

if any of you guys have been here i would like to know


its soo worth the 4hr drive from D.C

dude im there EVERY weekend and some days during the week, you jumped off the cliffs huh? they have fenced those things up like 30 times and they just get ripped down, and they have HUGE no trespassing signs but they get tore down to, if you get cought on them be perpared for a FAT fine. i have jumped a handfull of times

ill be there this coming up week once durning the week and and on the weekend, its 45 mins for me



AND if you really want to catch some big cats, use chicken livers, just cast them REALLY easy out there and you will catch one

i cought 3 bass there last weeekend all over 3 lbs

and im not the biggest fan of the state park side of the lake, i like blackwater(the water in not really black lol) and i doubt you will no what im talking about but did you happen to go to a place called bridge water? i doubt it but i thought id ask

hahaah yep all them big carp come up to the dock and have NEVER left, did yall get popcorn or bread or sumthing and feed them or just fooling around and catch them with hands?

one time i was there and i was standing on the dock and a little like 2yr old boy was walking felll in, he didnt even go under the water, the fish held him up, lol it was sad but funny! glad ya had fun, like i said i littlerally live there, we actually have a house there, well its my aunts and uncles but it used every week, so im there most of my summer, except for when im working

But my real house is in Roanoke
