It's not even stock fast theirs something wrong with it. Just put new top end new clutch and it goes so oops slow like five mph at best their are no breaks on it so nothings holding it back and I can shift threw all the gears and rolls fine what could be wrong with it?

No breaks? Work on the breaks before you get the engine right. Clutch could be possible but did you leak test?

How can it be slipping when it's a brand new clutch? And trust me their will be brakes as soon as it actually drives. Just drove it around the back yard it took off very slow and wanted to stall shifted to second and then to third but just stalled out. it's like the power isn't getting to the wheels like it's supposed to

How exactly is it supposed to be adjusted because the point isn't lined up with the mark on the case

The problem is when it actually drives, when you try to stop from the first WOT you give it, there, will be nothing but thin air between you and the nearest solid object.

Brakes before riding.

Ok I ripe the brakes out of a parts bike now their on it ...what am I supposed to do about my quad their is absolutely no bottom end power it will ride greatly down hill but the slightest up hill and it wants to die out?

When you last leak tested what were the results?

Have you checked the compression.

Did you do heat cycles to condition the gaskets?

Heat cycles and retourqing must be done to prevent air leaks, and hopefully a cheap paper gasket wasn't used. If so it should be replaced and then proper heat cycles and torque followed by typical break-in procedure. There is a downloadable manual here http://www.blasterforum.com/threads/downloadable-yamaha-blaster-manual.17325/ should have clutch specifics or some of ken oconnors vids around here may have the procedure
